What is included in the per-sq-ft rate?
Structure packages cover everything from foundation to plaster. Turnkey packages add electrical, plumbing, flooring, tiles, granite, paint, doors, windows and railings. Land, approval fees and GST are extra.
How is built-up area measured?
Built-up area is measured to the outer face of walls, floor by floor. Balconies and stilt parking are billed at 50% and 70% of the rate.
How long does a G+1 house take?
Usually 9–11 months from Bhoomi Pujan to handover for 2,400 sq ft, depending on monsoon and approvals.
Can I change brands inside a package?
Yes. Swap any row of the spec sheet. We re-quote the difference in writing before the stage starts.
Do you help with home loans and approvals?
We prepare approval drawings for Raipur Municipal Corporation and NRDA, and share stage certificates your bank needs for each disbursement.
